multibrand WORKSHOP ltd., a premier automotive spare and service hub, is seeking a proactive and structured Executive / Senior Executive - HR & Admin at its Tejgaon facility. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, streamline monthly payroll operations, foster healthy workplace relations, and oversee routine office administrative tasks.
✅ Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from publishing job postings to resume screening and final candidate selection.
- Orientation Modules: Design and coordinate comprehensive onboarding and training structures for newly joined team members.
- HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day employee attendance verification, leave management workflows, and real-time HRIS database updates.
- Financial Assistance: Assist directly in running the monthly payroll cycle and managing the annual increment processing tracks.
- Compliance & Employee Relations: Handle worker grievances, cultivate a productive and positive workplace culture, and coordinate annual performance appraisal cycles.
- General Administration: Supervise day-to-day facility management, external vendor coordination, and office maintenance tasks.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Must hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
- Having a PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in HRM) will be considered a strong corporate asset.
- At least 4 years of solid professional experience within an Automobile business or a Group of Companies.
- Age must be between 28 to 35 years old.
- Practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, covering data analysis, advanced formulas, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proven capability to process sensitive personnel information with top-tier confidentiality and integrity.
