Executive Inventory

National Development Engineers Ltd. (NDE) is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Inventory. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading teams, monitoring site materials, supervising store personnel, and maintaining accurate asset records at various project sites across Bangladesh.

• Ensure proper receiving, ledger posting, and scrutiny of materials at the project site.
• Check issued materials against consumption reports and identify idle or over-stocked items.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports including Closing Inventory Value, Fixed Assets, and Major Materials Stock Status.
• Supervise and monitor the operational activities of Store Personnel and conduct physical stock verification.
• Coordinate daily with the Inventory Manager and Project In-Charge regarding material and store support.
• Monitor material utilization, control wastage, and manage the dispatch of essential documents (MRR, Challan, Cash Book, etc.) to the Head Office.

• Bachelor/Honors degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, material control, or inventory audit.
• Age must be at least 23 years.
• Gender: Only Male candidates are allowed to apply.
• Strong team leadership, communication skills, and computer proficiency (MS Word & Excel).
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment is required.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle.
