Liberty Knitwear Ltd., a prominent manufacturer in the Garments and Textile sector, is seeking a structured and dedicated Executive-HR to join its management team at the factory facility in Kaliakair, Gazipur. The individual will support day-to-day HR operations, talent onboarding, database administration, payroll processing support, and compliance monitoring in line with statutory regulations.
✅ Responsibilities
- Assist in core manpower planning and recruitment cycles according to direct factory specifications.
- Prepare clear job advertisements and manage corporate interview coordination workflows.
- Execute structured joining formalities, collect required candidate documentation, and lead employee orientation sessions.
- Supervise and preserve employee personal files, individual job cards, and the central HR database.
- Track, update, and review employee attendance, leave allocations, and overtime logs.
- Assist with accurate monthly payroll preparation and employee salary disbursement tracks.
- Secure factory compliance by mapping current HR practices against the Bangladesh Labour Law and independent buyer requirements.
- Maintain legal and operational disciplinary records, draft formal warning letters, and administer show-cause notices.
- Address formal employee grievances and provide clear support for team conflict resolution.
- Participate in organizing employee welfare operations and internal corporate engagement programs.
- Support management teams through official performance appraisals and staff promotion steps.
- Formulate comprehensive HR tracking reports detailing manpower statistics, company turnover, absenteeism, and leave utilization.
- Maintain all legal registers and statutory documents required by national legal frameworks.
- Complete any other administrative task assigned by active company management.
🎓 Requirements / Education / Skills
- Must hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience within the Garments or Textile industry business areas.
- Age must range between 25 to 40 years old.
- Only male candidates are eligible to apply for this opening.
- Strong operational knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (Amended 2018).
- Advanced communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- High level of proficiency in standard MS Office utilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional HRIS tools.
- Highly hard working, possessing strong negotiation skills, and flexible with factory working hours.
- Proven capability to preserve complete confidentiality and resolve multi-tier tasks independently.
