Deputy General Manager (Marketing & Technical DVM)

AL-HAYAT AGRO FEED LIMITED is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager (Marketing & Technical DVM) to lead feed marketing operations, manage sales teams, provide technical support, and drive business growth in the poultry, fish, and cattle feed sector.

• Lead and manage nationwide sales and marketing teams.
• Achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and business development activities.
• Prepare sales strategies, action plans, and performance reports.
• Recruit and develop dealer networks.
• Provide technical support and ensure quality customer service.
• Analyze market opportunities and prepare sales forecasts.
• Coordinate marketing activities and monitor team performance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in agro-based, feed, poultry, fisheries, or animal breeding industries.
• Preference will be given to candidates with extensive feed marketing experience.
• Only male candidates are eligible.
• Minimum age: 32 years.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
