Course Coordinator (AI Training Institute)

NAJUS NTI is hiring a Course Coordinator to manage academic operations, coordinate AI training programs, support trainers and students, and ensure the smooth delivery of courses. The role also involves conducting basic AI training and promoting AI-powered learning.

• Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities.
• Prepare course schedules, class calendars, and trainer assignments.
• Manage student admissions, orientation, attendance, and academic records.
• Support trainers during physical and online classes.
• Conduct foundation-level AI and digital productivity training.
• Guide students in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM, and Canva AI.
• Maintain communication with students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Prepare reports on course progress, enrollment, attendance, and student performance.
• Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and recommend improvements to AI course content.
• Perform additional academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Preference for candidates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, training management, educational administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong AI knowledge may apply.
• Practical experience with ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
• Good understanding of AI tools and applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with LMS, Canva, AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), video conferencing platforms, and AI content creation will be an advantage.
