Asst. Manager (Technical Service)

Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Manager (Technical Service) to provide field-level technical support, improve livestock breeding performance, and assist farmers, AI technicians, and business partners across Bangladesh.

• Provide technical support on artificial insemination (AI), cattle and buffalo breeding, and herd management.
• Assist field staff and AI technicians in solving breeding and reproductive issues.
• Monitor conception rates, infertility cases, and reproductive performance.
• Conduct field visits to dairy farms, cattle farms, contract farms, and AI service centers.
• Monitor semen product performance and collect technical feedback.
• Support implementation of breeding technologies and technical programs.
• Provide technical advice on heat detection, AI timing, pregnancy follow-up, calf management, nutrition, animal health, and farm biosecurity.
• Help farmers improve productivity and reproductive efficiency.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), BSc in Veterinary & Animal Husbandry, or BSc in Animal Husbandry (MS in a relevant field preferred).
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an agro-based company.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Ability to provide technical field support and advisory services.
